This Refund Policy explains the rules and conditions under which refunds may be issued for orders placed through the TARISH mobile application, operated by Tarish Delivering Services LLC, in the Sultanate of Oman.

By placing an order through the TARISH app, you agree to this Refund Policy.


General Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the type of service, vendor policies, and order status. TARISH acts as a delivery platform connecting users with third-party vendors, pharmacies, and delivery partners and facilitates refunds in accordance with applicable policies.


Grocery & Food Delivery Refunds

Refunds for grocery and food delivery orders may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The order is canceled by the vendor or TARISH due to unavailability

  • Incorrect, missing, or damaged items are delivered

  • The order is not delivered due to a fault attributable to TARISH or the vendor

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund unless there is a verified issue with the order.


Parcel Delivery Refunds

Refunds for parcel delivery services may be considered if:

  • The parcel is not picked up or delivered due to TARISH’s fault

  • The parcel is lost or damaged while in TARISH’s custody

No refunds will be provided for delays caused by incorrect pickup or delivery information provided by the user.


Pharmacy Delivery Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, refunds or returns may be limited or restricted in accordance with applicable laws and pharmacy regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • The pharmacy cancels the order

  • Incorrect or damaged items are delivered

Opened, used, or correctly delivered medicines are generally non-refundable.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Delay caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the user

  • Orders marked as successfully delivered

  • Promotional or discounted items (unless required by law)


Refund Process

To request a refund, users must contact TARISH customer support within a reasonable timeframe after delivery by emailing support@tarish.om. Supporting information such as order number, photos, or descriptions may be required to process the request.

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and typically take several business days.


Right to Refuse Refunds

TARISH reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or violation of the app’s Terms & Conditions.


Policy Updates

Tarish Delivering Services LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be communicated through the app or website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
