These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the TARISH mobile application and services operated by Tarish Delivering Services LLC. By downloading, accessing, or using the TARISH app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app immediately.
TARISH is a delivery platform operating in the Sultanate of Oman. The platform facilitates grocery delivery, food delivery, parcel delivery, and pharmacy delivery by connecting users with independent third-party vendors, pharmacies, and delivery partners. TARISH acts only as a technology intermediary and does not own, sell, or manufacture the products listed on the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the TARISH app. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
Users may be required to create an account to access certain services. TARISH reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.
All orders placed through the TARISH app are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective vendor or pharmacy. Once an order is confirmed and prepared or dispatched, it may not be canceled or modified.
Delivery times displayed in the app are estimates only and may vary due to traffic conditions, weather, vendor delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. TARISH shall not be held responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.
Users must provide accurate and complete delivery details. TARISH is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts.
Product prices are determined by third-party vendors and may change without notice. Additional charges such as delivery fees, service charges, or applicable taxes may apply. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways, and TARISH does not store payment card details.
TARISH only facilitates pharmacy deliveries and does not provide medical or pharmaceutical advice. Users are responsible for providing valid prescriptions where required and for the proper use of delivered medicines. TARISH shall not be liable for any consequences arising from misuse of pharmaceutical products.
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the vendor and service type. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. TARISH reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
Users agree not to engage in unlawful activities, provide false information, abuse vendors or delivery personnel, or attempt to disrupt the app’s functionality or security. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
All intellectual property, including logos, trademarks, content, and software within the TARISH app, is the exclusive property of Tarish Delivering Services LLC. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TARISH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app or services. TARISH is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products provided by third-party vendors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tarish Delivering Services LLC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the app, violation of these Terms, or breach of applicable laws.
TARISH reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the app or services at any time if these Terms are violated.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
TARISH may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
